Montrose Collective is a dynamic mixed use development in the heart of one of Houston’s most creative and eclectic neighborhoods, the Montrose. It consists of 2 buildings, one 5 story and one 6 story containing offices, retail, restaurants, and a 2 story branch of the Houston Public Library. G2LD was responsible for exterior public spaces, parking, and landscape.
